Treatment-request coordination
When a visitor voluntarily submits a treatment request, Treat in Germany works with EMEX Medical, its Germany-based international-patient coordination partner, to respond, clarify the case, communicate with relevant clinical services and organize practical support. The form discloses this relationship before submission. Treat in Germany does not link partner status to a claim that a particular hospital or treatment is medically preferable.
Editorial independence
The existence of a patient-service relationship does not determine which medical claims we publish, whether a treatment is described as appropriate, or which hospitals appear in source-led directories. Clinical decisions remain with qualified medical teams.
