Treat in Germany keeps general website data collection limited. The optional treatment-request form collects only the information needed to make first contact about planned treatment in Germany, and it does not accept medical-document uploads.
Technical data
Like most websites, hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security events to operate, secure and protect the service. Basic anti-abuse controls may use request information to limit repeated automated submissions.
Treatment-request data
The treatment-request form may collect name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, medical area, type of request, site language and a brief description of the diagnosis or treatment question. At least one contact method is required. The form does not provide file upload.
Purpose and consent
Treatment-request information is processed to respond to the enquiry, understand which medical or organizational pathway may be relevant, explain what records may be needed and coordinate further contact. The form requires explicit consent before submission, including consent to process the brief health information voluntarily entered in the message.
Email delivery and recipients
Submitted enquiries are delivered through the site's configured transactional email infrastructure to Treat in Germany's treatment-request mailbox. The information may then be shared with EMEX Medical, the Germany-based international-patient coordination partner involved in handling the request. It is not shared with unrelated advertisers for their own marketing purposes.
Medical documents
Do not enter passport numbers, upload-equivalent content, imaging, pathology files or complete medical records in the first enquiry. If additional records are required, the coordinator or receiving hospital should provide an appropriate submission route for those documents.
Retention and deletion
Treatment enquiries and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, coordinate follow-up and meet applicable administrative or legal obligations. A person may ask about correction or deletion of enquiry data by contacting info@treatingermany.com; requests may be limited where retention is legally required.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
Analytics, consent tools and advertising services may be used or added as the site develops. Required consent controls and notices should be maintained where applicable.
