What can be included
The DHZC medical care center describes individualized heart check-ups that can include history, physical examination, blood pressure, ECG, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, laboratory testing and, when clinically appropriate, additional tests such as CT or MRI. Because scope is tailored, a public headline package price would not necessarily represent the final individual plan.

Preventive screening and symptom evaluation are not the same service
If a person already has chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, fainting or known heart disease, the appointment may become a diagnostic evaluation rather than a routine preventive package. That can change both the test plan and the cost.
Questions to ask before paying
Ask for a written scope so you can compare programs meaningfully.

- Which tests are optional and charged separately?
- Is a cardiologist consultation and results discussion included?
- Will I receive a written report in English?
- What happens if the initial check-up finds something that requires additional testing?
Do not choose a check-up by the number of tests
More imaging is not automatically better preventive care. The purpose of each test should be linked to age, symptoms, risk factors or an identified clinical question. A focused program can be more useful than an expensive package containing tests without a clear indication.
